How long does it take to receive my order?
All orders are shipped from Los Angeles, California.
Domestic orders are processed within 1-5 business days and transit time is approximately 3-7 business days if no delays from within the USPS network.
International orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Transit time varies. Please inquire about our international retailers by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
Please contact the USPS directly with your tracking number to inquire about any shipping related issues/delays as we are not the postal carrier.
How much is shipping?
We offer FREE shipping for all domestic orders over $49 (after any discounts are applied).
Shipping under $49 inside the US and Puerto Rico is $7.99.
International shipping to Canada is a flat rate of $19.99 under 3lbs, over 3lbs varies.
We also offer flat rate shipping Worldwide for for $39.99 under 3lbs, over 3lbs varies.
Any customs/VAT/duty tax on international orders is not charged up front and is the responsibility of the buyer to clear with customs by paying any excess fees required upon the shipment's entry into their territory.
Can I cancel my order before it is shipped?
Due to Shopify's new Terms and Conditions, starting March 1st, 2020, all orders requesting to be cancelled before a shipping label has been generated will be subject to a 5% transaction fee of the total price of the order. Cancellation requests must be made within 24hrs of an order being placed or before a shipping label has been generated, whichever comes first. Any orders requested to be cancelled after a shipping label has been generated cannot be cancelled for any reason.
How do I return my purchase?
We are happy to accept all returns for a full refund to the same form of payment used within 14 days of purchase. Due to sanitary reasons, all merchandise must be returned in new in original packaging and in undamaged condition. If you would like to return an item, send us an email at email@example.com. Return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the buyer.
*NOTE: Due to the current worldwide situation, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges at this time. All purchases made on or after March 1st, 2020 are final sale to protect our staff and customers. We appreciate your understanding.
My order was returned to sender because I supplied the wrong address. Can you reship it?
Incorrect addresses submitted cannot be reshipped/refunded.

My package was damaged while in-transit. Can you issue me a refund?
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for in-transit damage.
Once orders leave Glamlite headquarters, they are under the responsibility of USPS. All customers claiming damage will be required to submit a damage claim directly with the USPS and follow their instructions.
My package was lost or stolen from my address. Can you issue me a refund?
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Once orders leave Glamlite headquarters, they are under the responsibility of USPS with official record being your USPS tracking information. All customers claiming loss or theft will be required to submit a claim directly with the USPS and follow their instructions. If theft is suspected, it may be a more serious problem of an insecure shipping location.
