How do I return my purchase?
We are happy to accept all returns for a full refund to the same form of payment used within 14 days of purchase. Due to sanitary reasons, all merchandise must be returned in new in original packaging and in undamaged condition. If you would like to return an item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the buyer.
My order was returned to sender because I supplied the wrong address. Can you reship it?
Incorrect addresses submitted cannot be reshipped/refunded.

My package was lost or stolen from my address. Can you issue me a refund?
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Once orders leave Glamlite headquarters, they are under the responsibility of USPS with official record being your USPS tracking information. All customers claiming loss or theft will be required to submit a claim directly with USPS and follow their instructions. If theft is suspected, it may be a more serious problem of an insecure shipping location.
