What forms of payment do we accept?

How long does it take to receive my order?

All orders are shipped from Los Angeles, California.

Domestic orders are processed within 1-5 business days* and transit time is approximately 3-7 business days* if no delays from within the USPS network.

***Exceptions for the above processing estimates apply to newly launched collections, special promotions and major holidays. Due to highly successful launches, please allow a minimum of 14-21 business days* for your order to be fully processed. These exciting events result in a high volume of orders, we thank you for your patience (this information can be found in the landing page of new collections).***

 

International orders are processed within 3-5 business days* (exceptions apply to newly launched collections, special promotions and major holidays). International orders are shipped via DHL. Transit time varies, but will normally take 5-7 business days.


Please be aware that import taxes are not pre-paid and will need to be paid upon delivery of your order.
 The responsibility of taxes and duties is for the buyer.

How much is shipping?

We offer FREE shipping for all domestic orders over $65 (after any discounts are applied).

Shipping under $65 inside the US and Puerto Rico is $7.99.

International shipping to Canada is a flat rate of $19.99 under 3lbs, over 3lbs varies. 

We also offer flat rate shipping Worldwide for for $39.99 under 3lbs, over 3lbs varies.  

Any customs/VAT/duty tax on international orders is not charged up front and is the responsibility of the buyer to clear with customs by paying any excess fees required upon the shipment's entry into their territory

 


Can I cancel my order before it is shipped?

Once an order is placed, you are unable to cancel or modify the order. 

How do I return my purchase?

Regrettably, because our items are priced so affordably, we cannot provide refunds, returns, or exchanges after an order has been placed. All purchases are non-refundable and final. By selecting checkout and placing your order, you agree to these terms.


My order was returned to sender because I supplied the wrong address. Can you reship it?

Incorrect addresses submitted cannot be reshipped/refunded.

*Please double check your shipping address before you submit all orders.


My package was damaged while in-transit. Can you issue me a refund?

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for in-transit damage.

Once orders leave Glamlite headquarters, they are under the responsibility of USPS. All customers claiming damage will be required to submit a damage claim directly with the USPS and follow their instructions.


My package was lost or stolen from my address. Can you issue me a refund?

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Once orders leave Glamlite headquarters, they are under the responsibility of USPS with official record being your USPS tracking information. All customers claiming loss or theft will be required to submit a claim directly with the USPS and follow their instructions. If theft is suspected, it may be a more serious problem of an insecure shipping location.
